2024 is a year of hard work for all employees of Heling Electromechanical, but it is also a year of great harvest. In 2024, Heling Electromechanical's annual revenue increased by 43% compared with the previous year. Behind this simple number is the hard work of every Heling employee. This is the good quality of our Heling people "hard work and dedication". On January 15, 2025, we gathered together and expressed our best wishes for the next year. At this dinner, Yang Jikai, general manager of Heling Electromechanical, once again emphasized the requirements and ideas for the development of the company:

(1) Do not blindly follow the trend of going overseas, but take steady steps to serve high-quality domestic customers.

In 2024, many companies have chosen to go overseas. Some have carefully planned to go abroad, and some have fled abroad because they could not survive in China. In any case, while Heling Electromechanical is steadily expanding its overseas market, it must give priority to serving domestic high-quality customers. We are rooted here, so we will put our hearts here. In 2024, we increased our investment in R&D and successfully put into production a number of new products. In the future, we will continue to invest in R&D, guided by meeting customer needs and solving customer pain points, keep up with customers, and design and improve products in a targeted manner.

(3) Do not blindly pursue beautiful data, but focus on products and quality, save costs through process management, and improve corporate competitiveness.

We are not pursuing to simply expand our business. Our additional capabilities are to become the champion in a niche industry and to provide products and services that cover the upstream and downstream of the industry chain. In 2024, we will continue to improve our production technology and processes. In 2025, we will still insist on doing things well and continue to carry forward the corporate culture of "practical work".

(3) Strengthen corporate culture and hone organizational capabilities.

In 2024, Heling conducted internal organizational optimization, including optimization and reorganization of organizational structure, salary plan, assessment mechanism, talent recruitment and other sectors, in order to continuously hone organizational strength, so that the entire enterprise can form a joint force to meet the challenges of the market with a more calm attitude, and at the same time promote the corporate culture of "breakthrough" to achieve a new level of management maturity. This is a process that takes time, and we will continue to do so in 2025, making corporate culture and mechanism a signboard so that outstanding talents can continue to pour in.

(4) Keep up with the market and keep attacking.

As the saying goes, "Do what you love". In 2024, we participated in more than 20 exhibitions, and traveled all over the country. Marketing staff are still passionately fighting on the front line, because we are in this industry and we must bring value to customers in this industry. This is also the embodiment of "passion" in our corporate culture. In 2025, we are still not afraid of hardship or fatigue, and we are full of passion and dare to show our sword.

The industry has entered a red ocean, but the prospects are still bright. Heling is confident that "the last one standing will be the winner" and will conquer customers with products and services. This is also the confidence we have at the beginning of our business. We have always had this confidence today, and even in the case of a weak market, we have grown against the trend, which shows that our direction and tactics are correct, and we are becoming more and more confident!

Guided by the goal, we sign a solemn promise for the future

After listening to Mr. Yang's analysis and encouragement, the employees were full of energy and confidence. Next, we held a serious target responsibility signing ceremony. The captain of each team solemnly signed a military order, saying that they would forge ahead bravely in 2025 and accomplish their mission!

A full glass of fine wine embodies the soul of an excellent team

A team that can work together must have a happy atmosphere. After the target signing ceremony, everyone played group games together. Partners who worked together at work became opponents in the game. Everyone was unwilling to give in, which also reflected the serious and lively spirit of Heling people.

Finally, everyone spent a happy night with the entertainment, food and wine. Team members sent each other good wishes and strengthened their confidence in next year and the cohesion of the team.
